Hello all,
We’ve got a lot going on at the moment, so we thought we’d let you know what’s happening.
Last wednesday we supported All The Young (who put on a great performance, check them out here) at The Duchess here in York. We had played with them before, in April when we opened for Viva Brother (then just Brother) and they were their tour support.
We had a couple of people come up from London to watch this show, so we worked on putting on our best performance yet. The crowd was brilliant, a lot of people came down to show their support, and we really enjoyed the set.
We are waiting for our newest tune to come back from the studio, and we will stick it straight on YouTube as soon as we get it. We played it live for the first time on Wednesday, and it went down well, we think you’re gonna like it.
On Monday morning we have to get up at the ridiculous hour of 5 am, to go down to London for a recording session at Dean St. Studios in Soho. We are recording 3 tracks over two days, which should hopefully generate a bit of interest from important people who will help us out with getting us more exposure.
Over the summer, we are going to be looking to book gigs around Yorkshire and the north of England, in some of the places you lot have suggested on the Facebook page. As soon as we get things confirmed, we’ll be posting it up on here, Facebook, Twitter, everywhere, and we want to see you all there for a drink and a dance to the tunes you’ve been telling us you’re mad for.
